Q Hotels Breaks Ground in South Arlington

Q Hotels, LLC, an Arlington-based commercial real estate development company, broke ground today on their brand new Springhill Suites and TownePlace Suites by Marriott hotel in South Arlington, Texas. A groundbreaking ceremony was held on site at 3800 South Collins Street in South Arlington this morning at 10:00am. Notable attendees at the ceremony included guests from the City of Arlington, including Mayor Jeff Williams, Marriott International, Arlington Chamber of Commerce, Arlington Convention and Visitors Bureau, and other local organizations and businesses from all around Arlington.

Almost 100 guests in total attended the ceremony and were greeted with Coffee, Breakfast Tacos, Pastries, and Snacks, before the program began. Speakers included:

Construction is slated to begin this upcoming week and the hotel is scheduled to open in 2020.
