Q Hotels was established in based on a simple concept: Quality. It is the driving factor behind every thought, decision, and action throughout the company. Originating from a 35 key motel with only 10 operational rooms over 40 years ago, Q Hotels is now a $50 million total hospitality development & management company headquartered in Arlington, Texas.

Quality is in our name, at the core of our Mission Statement, drives our procedures and is the foundation of our guest and client doctrine 'The Quality Experience'. Why? It's simple really, we believe that 'Quality Always Sells' and continues to sell and satisfy long after the product or service is delivered, and long after it is consumed.

Jags Patel brings 33 years of formidable tried-tested-proven innovative and entrepreneurial know-how to Q Hotels. With a wealth of resources and relations, Jags provides the vision, leadership and the critical close working relationships with our operating partners (associates) and team members that make it possible for Q Hotels to achieve and sustain growth.

Highly active in the operation and ownership of various franchise type properties over the years, Jags also earned a stellar reputation as a recognized member and chairman of prominent industry organizations and committees. He served as chairman of the Texas Hotel & Motel Association (TH&MA) and Director at Large for AAHOA, and chaired the Membership Growth and Benefits Committee where he was actively involved in the planning and organization of annual AAHOA conferences.
Having completed nearly 3 dozen ground-up construction projects, Viran Nana is an acknowledged and seasoned hands-on hotel construction and development expert with an exceptional track record spanning over 29 years.

Viran’s leadership and expertise in feasibility and market area evaluation, hotel site selection, site specific feasibility, site acquisition, purchase contract negotiation, coordination and direction of all architecture and engineering development professionals is invaluable. Viran is also the director for review and approval of civil engineering and architectural plans, sub-contractor construction contract closeout, punch list completion and all phases of major hotel renovations.

Paras Khara
Vice President of Development
Anisha Nanu graduated from Baylor University in 2014 with a Bachelors in Business Administration. Immediately after undergraduate college, she went into Real Estate Brokerage with Bright Realty in Dallas, Texas. After two years of industry experience, she then pursued her Masters of Business Administration at Southern Methodist University and graduated in May 2017.

Anisha's financial knowledge and MBA experience allows her to structure our real estate acquisition and new-build models. She is also responsible for maintaining our mutually beneficial investor relationships.
Paras Khara graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelors of Science in Electrical/Computer Engineering at the Cockrell School of Engineering in May 2012. Paras then entered the world of Engineering Sales with the Technical Sales Associate (TSA) training program at Texas Instruments. After this revered training program, he transitioned into Product Management and owned three separate product families in the ARM Microprocessor division.

In August 2015, Paras joined an up and coming printing startup called Optamark with business partner, Tarang Gosalia. Paras and Tarang worked to revolutionize the printing industry by connecting local, older, high overhead facilities, with customers from around the country through a proprietary online platform dubbed Anything With Ink. As of October 2019, Optamark has officially filed for franchising and will begin selling franchises.

In late 2017, Paras moved focus into Q Hotels, quickly learning all facets of the real estate industry with a heavy focus on development, construction and operation.
